Yesterday’s rant was the final real contribution to this website. Today I’m merely telling you that after this post you won’t be finding any new publications here on Eur0trash.net. Why? For two reasons:
Of course Eur0trash.net and its YouTube channel will remain online and I’ll still respond to questions and other replies (provided it’s actually worth the discussion, YouTube is full of shit). But this is it I guess. It’s time for me to do something better, and more useful.
Thank you sincerely good peepz for dropping by. Goodbye and take care. ![]()
Yours truly,
Richard G.
Eur0trash.net

This movie, Network, of which the following clip is the most notable scene, is from 1976. Right now it’s 2009, with 2010 in sight, and once again (or perhaps: still) we’re dealing with the same old problems that we as society allow to take place.
During elections you can choose to vote for either a douche or a turd. Voting for the best politician is utopia, it’s more a matter of voting for the one who isn’t the ultimate fucknut compared to the other nuts. Hell, do yourself a favor and don’t vote at all. In the end it’s the biggest corporations calling the shots which are lubricated with stolen oil, and you’ve got other things to worry about anyway: this is the new depression of recession, it only has begun, this is merely the warm up. People are going apeshit because more and more folks are losing their homes and jobs. People beat the crap out of each other on the heads with bibles and qu’rans and are excluding each other from society as if only one particular group of people are the bloody chosen ones. The same goes for ethnic and cultural issues. But who fucking cares? Just as long you have your iPod, your manicure and your shiny 26 inch rims, it’s all good, amirite? No I’m not, because war, terror, riots, disease, pollution and disaster is eminent and your matching set of Louis Vuitton travel bags which allow you to carry even more useless shit around is not gonna do a goddamn thing about it. So get your fat Kentucky Fried Chicken ass in motion, let people know that you’re pissed about what’s really wrong with this world and take it from there to see how we can get ourselves through this utter crap the best we can, for yourself AND for others.
Due to the rising number of babies being born with grotesque misshapings (no head, two heads, only one eye in the forehead or missing limbs), are women in Fallujah terrified to have children. In September 2009 in the General Hospital in Fallujah were 170 babies born, of whom 24% died within the first week and 75% were misshapen. The British government however says that only 3 misshapen babies are born per year. What’s causing it? Depleted uranium in military weaponry.
Some say that Iraqis or “USA haters” are merely making this up. Some say that it is not proven that uranium causes physical mutation. Then I suppose that these are Photoshopped, right? The many veterans who also have deformed children is just pure coincidence, right? Surely it’s all so harmless, that even Chernobyl victims are just a hoax, right?
I just find it astonishing that most people for some reason don’t really know what the hell is happening in Iraq. It could be the lack of mainstream media coverage. It could be the fact that people tend to look the other way when they find out that their respective countries are to blame for atrocities like these (or: the Wir haben es nicht gewusst-effect). In some cases it could even be so that people simply do not care, especially when it involves these pesky muslims, whom according to some are hardly human and should simply fucking die.
Well… if Iraq is the place to begin with, then aforementioned group of careless folks may be even pretty pleased with this depleted uranium ‘thing’ as it is basically genocide, whether it’s either plotted or a result of indifference.
(Btw; especially indifference may be the very reason why we keep sending Iraqi refugees back to hell)

Eur0trash.net is back after taking care of all kinds of things. And it’s back with something for your mind. Especially when you’re Dutch; PAY ATTENTION!
What you are about to see is a visualization of what is going on in this nation, and more importantly; what may happen if people don’t watch out in the next couple of years, based on how matters and affairs were and are developing. One can anticipate outcomes when extending the line in the graph of the function a bit further. It’s almost math really, so please don’t see this as a Nostradamus type of thing. This is a scenario.
After watching this video, please read the Q & A afterward, it might answer some of the questions you may have. Any other questions I’m gladly to response to, provided you take a few minutes of your time to register. Thank you.
Q & A:
Q: Well this all seems a bit far fetched and over the top, don’t you think?
A: Yes, it is. It’s a worst case scenario however. They do occur, and people ought to try to avoid it.
Q: Why a video?
A: In this day of electronic age, where people generally rather see the movie than read the book, I figured I might as well make some sort of a thriller out of it. And since you’re still on this page, being curious and all, I clearly gained your attention with it, didn’t I? That’s because I’d like you to remember this video for a long time, so if any bit of epicness and dramatization is helping, then so be it.
Q: The two most explicitly displayed subjects are the Party for Freedom and certain (young) muslims and/or immigrants. What’s with them?
A: They’re pissing each other off like Israelis and Palestinians do and taking everything with them on their way down, that’s what is with them. These people should look into a mirror, chill the fuck out and start being constructive rather than destructive, seriously.
Q: My people would never go too far!
A: They already did. Now stop pretending like your people are superior. I don’t care who your people are, even if they are my people.
Q: The riot footage that you’ve used, what is it from?
A: It’s footage from riots between immigrants and police in Paris, between Anderlecht hooligans and immigrants in Brussels, between Feyenoord hooligans and police in Rotterdam, between immigrants and English hooligans/nationalists in Oldham and between immigrants and police in Amsterdam.
Yes, people do love to fight, no matter where they’re from, obviously.
Q: What are the religious political parties you’re speaking of?
A: The ones that are in government right now: Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA) (biggest party in The Netherlands) and Christian Union (CU). The third party in government is the Labour Party (PvdA) and they seem to encourage religion quite a bit as well. In the opposition, there is the Reformed Political Party (SGP), but they cooperate with the Christian Union on some levels. A minor party is the Dutch Muslim Party (NMP), however, they have the potential to grow significantly in the city councils. Two other minor parties are the Christian Labour Party (CAP) and the Islam Democrats (ID).
Q: Why is that so bad?
A: History has shown that the more religion there is in politics, the more social instability and friction there is. Especially when two or more religions are represented in one political system. What a ‘divine’ obligation is for one, can be an objection to another. And 6 (six!) of those parties in one country? WTF?
I’ve been trying to explain some of this to the rising Dutch Muslim Party. See here and here.
Q: This is left-wing propaganda!!
A: Oh please…
Q: This is right-wing propaganda!!
A: Oh please…
Q: What’s the song you’ve used?
A: It’s called “Lux Æterna”, by Clint Mansell. You might recognize it from the movie Requiem For A Dream.
Q: In the video you made Geert Wilders say that muslims would have to pay tax money over the ownership of the Qur’an. He couldn’t say that, now could he?
A: Wanna bet? Last month, the parliamentarian Wilders said that he’d like to receive 1000 euro per year from muslim women who are wearing a veil. He likes to call it the “Head Rag Tax”. The very possible future Prime Minister is also encouraging muslims to tear out pages from the Qur’an. So I simply added 1 and 1 together. It would be typically Wilders.
Q: Surely you must be joking then about the labour camps in Siberia?
A: Oh I wish. Believe me, they would.
Q: Obviously you don’t expect much good from this “Freedom Party”?
A: No, I don’t. They’re too harsh. I don’t expect much good from the current government either. They’re too soft. Is it nowadays that difficult for the Dutch to create order and discipline without going out of line and systematically excluding groups of people?
Q: Hey yeah, speaking of Dutch, that reminds me; why isn’t this article and and video in Dutch? I mean, it’s for the people of The Netherlands, right?
A: Yes and no. Sure, it’s mostly aimed towards to the citizens of The Netherlands, but I’d also like people from other countries to see what’s keeping The Netherlands busy. Also, in some other European countries the same kind of problems exist and more or less the same kind of developments are in progress, so this scenario might be applicable to your country as well.
Besides, for a while now the standard language of this website is English anyway. It’s a language that most of us speak and read.
Q: Your YouTube profile says that you live in Denmark. Why are you so interested in The Netherlands?
A: Because it is the country where I was born and raised. Yes, I do live in Denmark, for about 3 years now. However, I’m really keeping an eye on what is happening in my fatherland. Let’s say that of all the news I’m watching and reading that 80% is about The Netherlands, 10% about Denmark and 10% about the rest of the world. Also, once every few months I visit friends and family in Rotterdam, the 03city where I lived most of my life. The thing is: when you are permanently in a certain place, you hardly notice things changing. But when you go to a place only once in a while, then you see the changes more drastically. In the last 3 years, I haven’t been able to spot even a single improvement. On the contrary. And quite frankly, it worries the crap out of me.
Q: What do you try to accomplish with this video?
A: See it as a reference guide of How NOT to do things. I encourage fresh ideas and new pragmatic solutions to existing problems, rather than going for the same old no-good politics and power tripping.

Yes, the following video has been posted all over the web, countless times, over and over again. Apparently it’s still needed given the state our world is in. So it can’t be reposted enough.
In case you haven’t seen the video before: this is Severn Cullis-Suzuki, at the age of 12, speaking at the UN Earth Summit in 1992.
Listen carefully to every word she said.
This little guy has a mom who likes to practice yoga. He also requires breastfeeding. We live in a world where time can be valuable. So she basically just combined the two things. It looks a little bit like this:
The borough in Copenhagen where Eur0trash.net is based is Nørrebro, but sometimes it’s referred to as Nørrebronx as the street culture in this area is rather dominant and it is just as poly-cultural as The Bronx in New York.
Last summer yours truly snapped some pictures of this area, just so you can get an impression of what it looks like around here. If you’re planning on visiting Denmark’s capital, surely you can visit all the typical tourist stuff, it’s all good, but it might be a good idea to also drop by to Nørrebro, especially on a sunny day, just so that you get that vibe of how everyday life is in this city. This particular tour is very recommendable.
But for now: 75 very colorful photos of good old Nørrebro.

Entering Nørrebrogade, from the direction of the city center.

Sortedam Dossering, at the Nørrebro edge of Dronning Louises Bro (Queen Louise Bridge).

Peblingesø Dossering, with a view over the lake Peblingesø.

Parts of this street are accessible for busses only, which creates some peace.

On Nørrebrogade I saw this dog just begging for attention. He’s huge. Must be a Great Dane.

Without graffiti, this would just be a grey wall on the corner of Stengade and Nørrebrogade.

Ullas Flower Shop at Nørrebrogade 55 aslo applied the art… on the company truck.

The best advertisement for a flower shop imaginable.

Yes, also Nørrebros Runddel was infected with the election virus. “Pick me! Pick me! PICK ME!”

Another side of Nørrebros Runddel. Is that some sort of dragon or is it a crocodile? Still cool!

Nørrebroparken: The lady kicked the ball back to the guy in red. The other guy seems to dig her.

A true work of art between Hellebækgade and Hørsholmsgade.

The other side, close to Jagtvej. Too bad about those stupid black letters.

The people of Nørrebro use this cemetery, Assistens Kirkegård, to chill out.

Birds also think it’s a nice place to hang out.

The dead are on your left and they’re on your right as you walk the path of life.

A beautifully decorated and touching family grave. May they rest in peace.

So many people visit this place, yet it’s so peaceful, that even squirrels just do their thing.

Some fallen French and Belgian soldiers from the first world war. They all died in January 1919.

Get a load of this. It’s Jesus’ grave. Must be his second one.

And this was the next grave I stumbled upon. A biker, apparently leaving some young children.

Back to the living. They relax, they nurture their children and they kinda dry hump each other.

A young dad about to throw a Frisbee to his daughter.

Sometimes you simply forget that you’re on a cemetery.

Picnicking on the cemetery is actually quite popular in Nørrebro.

A kid kicking around his football a bit.

And exiting Assistens Kirkegård again, Jagtvej side.

8 am: I expected rush hour, but Nørrebrogade is practically deserted! “WHY?!”, I wondered. Later I was told that it’s Pentecost today. That makes sense.

On the corner of Nørrebrogade and Stengade I saw this guy lying on the sidewalk. First I asked him if he was alright. His reply was some mumbling, so that was a certain sign for me that he was merely drunk and tired. Then I felt comfortable enough to take a picture of this. I guess there was a party in the neighborhood as I saw more drunk people.

Again Sortedams Sø, with Dronning Louises Bro on the left and looking a bit into Nørrebrogade.

“This is Swan Airlines flight 262, ready for takeoff!”

Imagine. Spotted at Blågårdsgade.

People hanging out in front of a café on Blågårds Plads.

A classical urinal on Blågårds Plads.

A mural at Wesselsgade for the demand of keeping the Nordic countries nuclear weapon free.

A view over a part of Folkets Park (The People’s Park).

This mural on Nørrebrogade cheers up the gray ugly supermarket.

A view over the Peblingesø towards Inner Nørrebro.

On Nørrebros Runddel two Jehova’s Witnesses convert someone at random (or at least try to).

A vandalized van on Folmer Bendtsens Plads.

Nørrebro station, on Copenhagen’s ring line.

A classical look of the station building.

A conductor waiting for his train.

And there it is.

Looking down on Folmer Bendtsens Plads where three guys are running their vegetable store.

Nørrebro: against nuclear weapons & pro peace.

Just outside Nørrebro station this cool wall.

Some band members (You Go First Mindy and Spinning Jenny) with equipment waiting at Ægirsgade because Drone opened too late.

Don’t ask.

Typical CD cover material.

To my surprise I found a Lolrus in the basement…

…and he lost his bukkit, as always.

I like Drone. Everything is just black, made out of stone and metal and besides a few spotlights nothing is hanging on the walls. No bullshit. Love it.

Looking out on Nørrebrogade.

For many young people in Denmark it’s a special day today: the celebration of their graduations, which takes places throughout the entire country, and in this case Copenhagen Nørrebro. It’s called ”At køre det vogn” (Riding the wagon) and with this tradition all the graduates go onto trucks with open platforms, drive to all the parents of the graduates of the particular classes, where congratulatios, drinks and snacks are standing waiting for them. After 10 minutes or so they go to the next house. By the end of the day everyone is, needless to say, totally drunk. While being on their way, there’s a lot of noise and honking going on. Bystanders, perfect strangers, on the streets cheer back and give their congratulations as well.

A lot of happiness and relief on these faces after all these years of studying.

This particular group had their truck waiting for them at the front side of Bangertsgade. There was A LOT of noise.

Yet another truck full of graduates on Nørrebrogade, which really cheered up the street.

Ground 69 at Jagtvej. Some of the original graffiti have been replaced by works of hired artists, so it seems. Even though it actually looks better, it’s still an insult to the original, non-commercial, street artists.

Byens Bar (The City’s Bar) at Jagtvej, with a colorful entrance.

Graffiti, between Hellebækgade and Hørsholmsgade at the Jagtvej side.

Sand was placed to create a beach feeling on Blågårds Plads. (the place could have used way more sand though)

Støberiet Culture House on Blågårds Plads.

S-train with graffiti passing by.

Panoramic view, look I’ll make it all manageable.

At Borups Allé: Must be some kind of tv tower.

In front of Sleep in Heaven Hostel (cool place, good prices, bit loud though) at Struenseegade these works of art.

Detail.

I think the naked kid is pointing out what he achieved.

These apartments at Skotterupgade kinda remind me of East-Berlin. Commieblock houses!

Cosy old buildings between Struenseegade and Kapelvej.

This bicycle is all messed up and completely useless. Still, it does something for this spot.

You would say it’s a museum or something like that. This building at Kapelvej must be over 100 years old. And it still looks great. It’s a kindergarten actually.

Classic apartments at Vævergade, facing Folkets Park.

And finally a wall with a sight that somehow reminds me of the 80’s. Perhaps it’s the fluorescent acid-style colors on the walls.

This work is in the Public Domain.
It’s a well known fact that poverty and racism are linked to each other, so it doesn’t really come to a surprise that in the United States, where the economic crisis AND the effects of a war that also went way to far when it comes down to the financial aspect take place, that plenty of folks get a bit frustrated.
Frustration is an emotion that we all feel from time to time. Only the mind boggingly dumb motherfuckers among us take it *a bit* further and start, let’s say, joining The Klan. Whereas a couple of years ago only 2000 or so KKK members were active, there are today over 9000 members.
Now… 9000 doesn’t really sound like a lot if you consider that there are at least 307 million people living in the United States. Still, it’s a pretty fast rate of growth. And it’s not like they’re going to stop recruiting at let’s say 10000, just because it’s such a nice round number. Who knows how long this recession takes place.
Well, the classical excuses for joining this hate group are thriving once again, such as:

“THEY TIIRKK ERRRRR JEEERRRRBBSS!!!!”
(seriously)
And having a (partially) black president is also unacceptable for these people. They fear that “the white race is becoming extinct” and a KKK member also said: “I am white, for me equality doesn’t exist. People like Obama don’t belong at the top.” Not exactly odd things for Klansmen to say, but still.
These are basically the two main reasons why the The Ku-Klux Klan is growing this rapidly. For a while already they’ve been trying to assasinate Barack Obama and the number of hate crimes by the KKK is increasing.
The band Spinning Jenny is introducing a new drummer soon. The old drummer, Nicolaj Pikolaj, makes his final appearance here on a Spinning Jenny concert video, and Eur0trash.net would like to thank him for his efforts as we’ve enjoyed the shit out of this little fucker’s stamina and mad skills. ![]()
Spinning Jenny’s next concert will be next month, so all you rockin’ Copenhageners, be sure to be at Lades Kælder.
This message will be a short one because it’s very simple: yours truly will be gone for a couple of weeks. One week because of personal reasons. And I’ll need at least another week to fix some technical hardware difficulties I’m experiencing here. So if you like, just watch some Dirty Soap in the meanwhile, or play a game.
Thank you for visiting and see you in a couple of weeks.
